Missions
Linda Duncalfe
Location: Uganda, Africa
Ministry Focus: In her experience growing up in South Africa and later living in Uganda, Linda has found that young Africans have a hunger to grow spiritually and a desire to live their lives in confidence as they serve God. Each time she works alongside her African friends she is amazed at the passion they put into transformation, growth and service. God is calling young Africans to reach their own with His love. Linda is happy to be involved.
God has called Linda to accomplish this in two ways:
To provide discipleship training via correspondence courses that will assist the local church to disciples their community.
To work alongside African leadership, Rev. Simon Peter Emiau, as the reach of local missionaries is expanded to all of Africa. Together with him, and other leaders of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Africa, they will work to raise up young adults to take their place in reaching Africa for Christ.

Serving our local Community
Bancroft Pentecostal has a mission and passion to serve and reach out in the love of Jesus to our surrounding community. We do this through a variety of projects and programs both supporting local Ministries and running programs such as after-school programs, youth service projects, and nursing and care home ministry.
ERDO
The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada is a missions' organization. Even before its charter early in the last century, missionaries were deployed to far away lands. Today there are more than 250 missionaries in about 50 different countries of the world sharing the love of Jesus with multiplied thousands of people! The evolution of missions has brought outstanding diversity to the ever-changing world.
Various agencies such as ERDO (Emergency Relief & Development Overseas) often partner with other relief organizations to respond to catastrophic disasters and other needs around the world. One of the other needs is ChildCARE Plus, the sponsorship initiative of ERDO. This ministry is committed to sharing Christ's love with children in need around the world. ChildCARE Plus assists children to escape the burden of poverty through access to education, nutrition, clean water and healthcare. This program is unique because each child is specifically chosen by a missionary or local administrator working in the community. These individuals are familiar with the needs of the families and the community; they know how to best meet those needs to give the child a future of hope.
